Thank you for supporting Magic of Me. Every order — whether digital or physical — is created and packaged with care and intention. Below you’ll find details on how and when your magic will arrive.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital downloads (such as PDFs, astrology reports, and journals) are delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout.
You’ll also see a download link on your confirmation page.
If you don’t receive your file within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Still missing it? Email us at katie@magicofme.com and we’ll happily resend your files.
🔮 PRINTED PRODUCTS & JOURNALS
Printed items such as journals, codex cards, and keepsakes are made to order and shipped from our print or fulfillment partners.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Free or discounted shipping may be offered during special promotions.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when applicable).
Please note that small, flat mailers for codex cards may not include tracking depending on service type.
SHIPPING REGIONS
We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.
If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please email katie@magicofme.com and we’ll explore custom options if available.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using your order number and photos if applicable.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly and with care.
PREORDERS & SPECIAL RELEASES
Occasionally, we offer preorders or limited-edition ritual tools. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page. You’ll receive email updates when your item is on its way.
