At Magic of Me, each product and service is created with care, intention, and love. Because many of our offerings are personalized or digital, we do not offer traditional returns or refunds — but we’re committed to making sure you have a beautiful experience.
Digital Products
All digital downloads (such as journals, codexes, PDFs, or astrology reports) are final sale.
Once your file has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
If you experience any issue accessing your download, please contact us at katie@magicofme.com, and we’ll make sure you receive your materials promptly.
Personalized Readings & Services
All readings, chart interpretations, and coaching sessions are customized and prepared individually for each client.
Because of this bespoke nature, these sessions are non-refundable once preparation has begun or delivery has been completed.
If you need to reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using your booking confirmation link.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit eligibility for rescheduling.
🪞 Physical Products
For printed journals, cards, or keepsakes sold through Magic of Me or fulfilled by third parties (such as Amazon or print-on-demand partners):

We accept returns or exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Please email photos and your order number to katie@magicofme.com within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll happily replace the item or issue a store credit once verified.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for change of mind or normal wear.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, or you’re missing something from your order, please reach out within 7 days so we can make it right.
Approved replacements or credits will be processed within 3–5 business days.
